Villas in East Java

It is a beautiful villa that will be worthy of many of your photos. But travelers should be aware that the open living space can become uncomfortably cold at Batu's high elevations. In addition, the large number of mosques nearby can shatter any ideas of a peaceful retreat, especially on Friday's when the speakers will be going all day. One minor note is that it needs a little maintenance to fix wifi (too slow, making streaming difficult), and exposed wiring in kitchen, stuck doors, etc.)...

My wife and I stayed at Melaya Estate for 3 nights in September 2025. The villa is spacious and comfortable. There is a private pool and direct beach access. It's a quiet area, very peaceful. The staff is excellent. You tell them what you want from their menu and they bring the food to your villa at the specified time. The food is excellent. We are birders and the manager arranged for a driver to take us to the Bali Barat National Park, about 20 minutes away. We highly recommend these...

This is a very interesting property….driving up the very narrow dirt road…we had the feeling that we made a wrong turn! Many private villas that compromise the resort….restaurants were exceptional- food and service outstanding and the spa was next-level!!! It was a bonus for us that we had one of only a handful of bungalows without a private pool….which meant we enjoyed nearly all to ourselves the 30 meter infinity edge pool with view of the sea and Java’s volcanoes ….was better than a private...

The Bingin Sebelas is a small and very cozy complex with modern design. The place felt very new and everything was in top condition. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly and helped me extend my stay, arranged for laundry service and a motorbike for me to rent during my stay. The location is great, close to the buzz of Bingin and Uluwatu with many restaurants and bars, but also very quiet so you can enjoy a good night sleep without interruptions. I would definitely...

The location was amazing, tucked away from the busy streets so we could get a restful nights sleep but walking distance to so many good restaurants, shopping, and the beach! The property was beautiful and clean and the staff was great. Definitely recommend staying here.
