"Loved the view of the pond from the various outdoor seating areas. The small dock was great for the best view and was fun to see the turtles. So peaceful, reminded us of a bird sanctuary. Michael and Ashleigh were very responsive to any inquiry we made. Kitchen nice size and well equipped for our stay. Especially enjoyed using one of the two fire pits for a relaxing evening under the stars. Thanks so much!"

"This property is everything we hoped for! We were traveling with 5 families for an ice hockey tournament at a nearby rink and needed a place big enough to accommodate us (8 adults and 8 kids). There was plenty of space to cook, to eat and to hang out. It was spacious enough for the kids to have their own space. Everything was immaculate and felt so clean and new. The host was very attentive, responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return if we play near by again!"

"Having off street parking was great. Simple but clean interior with nice design touches. Older home so 2nd floor is dormered which might be problem if very large or tall. Overall felt like a home with a lot of care that went into it. Older neighborhood but street was quiet and we felt safe. Various shops and stores within a mile if you wanted to cook, eat out or forgot to bring something. Simple but clean and well appointed."

"This property was a perfect location for Federal Hill/Little Italy and an easy walk to the RI Convention Center (~20min) with good coffee on the way. It was super quiet, had all the basics, and was exactly what we needed. I wish I had noticed that it did not have wifi, but this didn't impact the quality of our stay."

My husband and I rented the house and had my Mother come stay with us for the duration. My sister’s family was able to come most days and the host even allowed their dog to come and stay on the property (not in the house). Everyone who came commented on the amazing house, the tasteful décor and the beautiful lake. I swam each day...

"Beautiful, clean home located in a quiet neighborhood. My family loved the fenced in yard and how we were so close to so many attractions and restaurants. The guide book that the residents of the home made is so detailed and helpful. We are a vegan family so we make the trip to be close to Plant City, Like No Udder and the new Providence Vegan Deli. All great spots close by! Thanks for a great stay!!"

"The host was rude and would not pick up the phone . Did not even end up staying due to false advertising regarding the “house” which didn’t even turn out to be an entire apartment. Requested my money by and am still fighting to get my money back for a place that was not what I expected and did not even stay there"

"The house was better than we expected. We had a 16month old and there was a brand new pack and play for us to use. The house was clean, organized and ready for our family. We had 9 adults and 1 toddler and there was plenty of room to accommodate us all. The owners were VERY responsive to all our inquiries. We would definitely recommend this property!"
