"It was clean but they had an ant and small roach problem on the 5th floor. The fact that the pool and bar and lounge are closed is sad plus no wifi when all those things are advertised is not good but overall it's a great place"

"Our flight was cancelled so we needed a hotel for the night. Crown plaza was available and they didn’t disappoint. It was reasonably priced, clean and updated. It was comfortable and the staff were friendly. They offered free snacks in the evening for all guests and what most impressed us is the free breakfast. It wasn’t your normal complimentary service.
