8/10 Good

"Very nice in general for pet friendliness and location.Staff asked too many times (and even once actually entered room) EVEN though I and husband told them our checkout time was 11. Too eager to clean. Communication apparently lacking Otherwise all good."

Staybridge Suites Lansing - Okemos by IHG

"I took my 15 year old daughter and 2 of her friends to a volleyball game at Michigan State. We arrived a little early and the girl at the front desk was very nice, she said the maids finished early so we could go ahead and check in. We got a 2 bedroom/2bathroom suite and it was everything we had hoped it would be. There was 2 queen beds in one room and a king bed in the other. There was a TV in the living room area and in each bedroom, the girls tried to turn their TV on but it wouldn't work, I tried the other 2 TV's and got the same thing, I called down to the front desk and she said she had to go up to someone else's room and fix it for them so she told me how to fix it and said if that didn't work to call her back, it did work. I was hearing traffic noise louder than I thought I should and when I checked the master bedroom window it was cracked open about an inch, when I tried to close it I had a very hard time getting it closed. When we were getting ready to go to bed I was going to close the bedroom doors and the master bedroom doors were very hard to close. The next morning we went down to breakfast, not the worst I ever had but not the best, there was a good variety of food, All in all, it was a very nice stay, the accommodations were nice with the exception of a few things that needs to be fixed, everything was very clean and the staff was great! Thank you so much, I definitely recommend the Staybridge and I'll use them again if I'm ever in the area!"

"Hotel was clean. Mary at Front Desk was very friendly. She assigned me Toom 103. Toilet didn't flush. Did realize it till about 130. No front desk staff avl. Apparently I believe he was sleeping in another area. English was horrible. He told me maintenance was not in. I told him I knew that and asked for a plunger. He came and tried to plunge it didn't work, also the door didn't stay closed if it was just I asked him if he had another room. Sa8d no. I said I cannot keep a room where toilet doesn't work, so miraculously he found"
