"Checked in my room, looking for TV remote control and found a new rubber, AND a used rubber in the drawer of the dresser. Alerted staff immediately, and left my room for 3 hours. Came back, was told it was handled and the room thoroughly recleaned. Nope, room cleaned but LEFT THE RUBBERS IN THE DRESSER DRAWER! Advised staff, was told they would take care of it asap. Apologies yes, new room or compensation for the condition of my room and that "I" had to remind them more than once ..not good business."
