"Tiniest hotel bathrooms for the price. Usually run out of towels in the gym and don't replace them. Location is convenient and front desk staff are friendly and try to be helpful."

"Hotel was great. Staff were great. Location was great. Enjoyed hot tub but it was closed the second night we were there. Greeted with a glass of sparkling wine which was nice. Coffee shop was good but they need to heat their steamed milk more 😊. Loved they had non feather pillows!! Would definitely stay again. "

"Great two night stay in a park view room on the 6th floor. Clean and comfortable in a great location to walk to town. Nice view from the living room area with views of the lighthouse and sunsets. A short walk to the park and stairs leading to the beach and fountain/carousel area. Train tracks also near the fountain area. Did not hear any trains during the night with last train around 9:30PM so was not an issue. Included continental breakfast was okay. Would stay here again. "

"extreme disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. While the room layout and city views were lovely, the condition of the room and the level of service I received were unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found the room was dirty. There was food left on the table, food smashed into the floor, crumbs all over the rug, and visible dust throughout the space. Although I reported these issues via the text service provided at check-in, no assistance arrived. I was forced to use my own supplies to disinfect the surfaces myself. Furthermore, the television in my room was non-functional. I requested assistance before leaving for an evening event and was assured it would be fixed. However, when I returned four hours later, the TV was still not working. I went to the front desk to follow up, and the staff member promised to come up and assist me personally. He never arrived, and I am still waiting for a resolution. I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and responsiveness"

"Property was charming and quirky. Room was not ready at check-in time and noticed the same for others trying to check-in. Staff kindly held our bags while we went off site. They said they called when ready but had no call come in. Bed was comfy but low. Minimal furnishings but staff brought a side table and mini fridge to our room. Also replaced non-working hairdryer at our request. Lighting throughout property was dim. Location was great. No coffee for guests but for sale in the lobby along with pastries. "
