"Wasn't sure how we would feel about staying in a virtual hotel, (no on site staff) but really enjoyed our stay, help was only a phone call away and the house staff were very amenable. Pubs and local supermarkets nearby, Edinburgh a 40 minute walk along Leith Way, with plenty of cafes to stop at. Would recommend the cakes/pastries at Toast. (Leith Way). Parking can be expensive, as they encourage using public transport. Outside the hotel it's free from 5.30pm - 8.30am Mon - Fri. Weekends are free. If you don't mind a walk the Ocean Terminal is free parking during the day (until 10.30pm). There is free roadside parking nearby, but places fill up soon. The only downside was not having a safe in the room. Would we stay there again... definitely."
