I had the temp between 60-66, the lowest the room temp ever went was 68. The coolest part of the room was below the fan wall. We slept with the top sheet and woke up hot in the middle of the night. The shower door leaked water on the floor. The floor mat was soaked every time. Even when we used towels to block the water from running out. The hot tub was broken and the water was dirty. "

"The location of this hotel can't be beat for Zootown sightseers. Everything you need is within walking distance or on the nearby bus line. A trail for dog walking is across the parking lot. Cleanliness is hit and miss. During one stay we found a drawer full of underwear and the floor turned our feet black. During another stay, no complaints. The breakfast is pretty good considering the cost of stays. Smokers gather just outside of exits, so be prepared to smell like an ashtray whether you smoke or not. Staff is adequately helpful."
