"When I arrived at check-in I was not able to be found at the desk with my confirmation number. I was then directed to a office in the lobby where I was told that there was a third party ooking charge along with the hotel fees added $683.57 I didn't get back the 283.00 in fact they took it out of my account when I got home. I have not been able to reach MGM yet. I'm hoping the 283 is reimbursed"

"Amazing property, The lobby bar Miriam was very good with amazing service and attitude. But I have to mention about the guy who didn’t serve me, he served the table behind me. And his attitude was so rude and annoying with the guests sitting there. He took the chair from our table without asking if anyone is coming or we need it. Also he took back the cutlery without any word. If we need to not. Didn’t expect this in Encore or Wynn."
