"LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This little diamond in the rough is located perfectly within walking distance to St. George Street where all the action is at. Everything about it is so convenient... parking just steps away from the front of the house, spacious rooms (primary bedroom and bathroom are huge!), more room than you can ask for! A/C worked like a charm in every room even in the hot, muggy weather that is typical to Florida in the summer. Was very impressed by how well the house is...

"This cozy dulplex is nothing fancy yet everything you need. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all right there. It is steps from the beach and easy access. Could use some updating. The beds were completely comfortable and the bathrooms and showers were good water pressure in showers good. It has a well stocked kitchen too."

"Wonderful location, trolly comes right past the apartment. Comfortable bed and refreshing shower. Schmagel Bagels across the street is a great place for breakfast. We walked everywhere. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again."

"Clean property, managers communicated timely and effectively. Only complaints were no dishwasher and the hanging vent hood was too low. I hit my head a couple times. Other than that it was perfect for our little family!"

"Convenient to all venues around old town and at George St. Walkable to everything. Comfortable. Quaint. But be advised. No parking at unit. Parking is free but is in parking garage there blocks away. Perfect if you are going to stay in shopping, dining, entertainment area around St George St. Not so much if You're going to venture out. Located behind many restaurants. Lots of early morning delivery and trash trucks. Would stay again. "

"This lovely apartment (top floor of the house) is the perfect location for most of the St Augustine sites and many of the great restaurants. Having your own parking spot so close to everything is the cherry on top. 5-10min walk to the historic areas, 15-20min walk to the distillery/winery tour area. The apartment is dated in some aspects (eg old locks on some doors, some cosmetic things yet to be repaired, old windows, faint musty smell upon first entering) but everything else is 5 star:...

"Everything was wonderful. Close to beach and restaurants. Apartment was so comfortable, and had everything needed for a cozy three days. We liked it so much, my husband and I booked it for our upcoming anniversary in October!"

"This was a great location- we were able to walk or get an inexpensive Uber to anywhere we wanted to go! 2 separate bedrooms were perfect for me and my 2 kids, and I love the added convenience of a washer and dryer!"

"We wanted to be near family at La Fiesta but with a kitchen and this was perfect - even has a dishwasher. Clean and comfortable, with laundry on site. Easy walk or drive to beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony and I wish there was more glass to enjoy that view. Property managers were very responsive to a leaky faucet. We were able to comfortably host 10 for dinner and had a fabulous restful weekend."

"Pros- updated, clean, comfortable and accommodating space! Great pool too! Host was very prompt and courteous when replying. Cons-a bit far out from historic town center and waterfront but easy walking distance of less than a mile. 20 steps to 2nd floor 2 bed unit was a bit daunting to carry luggage up and down. Neighborhood is up and coming with renovations but overall felt safe and quiet."

"Everything on the listing was accurate, really close to most attractions (ex. Fountain of youth was a 20 min walk), communication was great, they were friendly, and made an effort to ensure our stay was good. Overall, a great place for proximity to sightseeing, and all around good in all factors, would recommend."

"This VRBO was a very good stay for us. The designated parking was appreciated. The location worked well for us, as we were able to walk to three restaurants we wanted to check out, and to other attractions. The unit was very clean and well furnished. The pool area is very nice and enjoyable in the hot weather. Check in and out worked well. We briefly met Kirsten and she is very nice. We hope to return again."

"Fantastic location - parked the car and walked everywhere. If you like to sleep late, not the place for you, but I’m an early riser so morning truck delivery noise didn’t bother me. Cannot beat the location to walk historic downtown St. Augustine. Lots of places to dine and shop nearby, and free parking. Wonderful mini vacay with Mom."

"Great location. Many attractions are a short walk from the property. Owners were excellent to work with. Property was exactly how it was listed. Rules were reasonable and we had a lot of privacy. We highly recommend this property. Perfect for two people."
