  • A beautiful, newly remodeled luxury apartment with a fabulous sunset marsh view, central heat and air conditioning, gourmet kitchen that is fully stocked, washer/dryer, free off street parking, fenced front and back yard with a new BBQ grill, one king bedroom with a new comfortable queen sofa bed with memory foam mattress. Easy walk to Old Town and great restaurants such as The Ice Plant, St. Aug Fish Camp and the Blue Hen Cafe for the best breakfast in town. 13 minute drive to St. Augustine Beach Pier. We have a community swimming pool on Riberia St. It is a $3 admission for guests to enjoy. Riberia St. Pool website:
