"Nice people "

"This was a really lovely hotel. Great location, mostly residential, and really quiet. The rooftop bar was gorgeous with views of the Empire State and the Chrysler (depending on where you were sitting). The staff were friendly and super helpful when needed. The room was really large for Manhattan and we had a double aspect which was great. The kitchen was small but enough for us. My only negative comments are that the shower wasn't really very good and the whole room could do with updating. But putting that aside I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again. 🙂 "

"Very nice hotel. Its decorated in Victorian type furniture. Very classy. The staff are always accomodating. The steak house is very good, as well as the brunch upstairs on the roof top. We always stay in a suite in case people come visit with us while we're in town. Harry the doorman is wonderful. Always friendly, always holding the door. If we need anything on our way out he talks to the front desk staff & they arrange it for us. He also gave us recommendations for other restaurants we wanted to try outside tge hotel. We stayed here a few times. This time for our sons wedding. "

"Second time staying here! As always the staff was amazing! From the moment we walked into the door to the moment we left. The front desk weee amazing, the luggage guys were amazing and our room was always cleaned when we returned. The roof top bar is amazing and is a peaceful retreat with great vibes. Highly recommend!"
