"Stayed for 6 days. Housekeeping ignored my room 3 times despite my request to clean. Their check in system charged me twice for the same stay, when I called the front desk to ask why, the lady was unprofessional and unpleasant. When I asked her name, I was told not to worry about it. I would avoid this place at all costs. You’ll get better service from a cheap motel. "

"The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always helpful throughout my stay. Parking was readily available, which made coming and going very convenient, and I always felt safe walking to and from the hotel at any time. The location was also a major plus, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, shops, and other nearby amenities. "

"I booked the room for the entire weekend. I checked in around 8pm and left at 4am that morning. I woke up to the ceiling leaking onto the bed. I called the front desk and then went down to only be told they were sold out and had nowhere to put me. I drove home and they have not responded about a refund for the other night that was booked. I have stayed here off and on for 15 months while I’ve been in town for work. I will never stay here again."

"The location was good, close to numerous restaurants. The property is best described as spartan. There is lots of deferred maintenance issues inside and out. A number of basic comfort items are missing like wash cloths in the room. "
