The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent Location and friendly staff"

The Renwick

8/10 Good

"The room and bathroom were very small but the hotel itself was nice and clean. Omar was great! Very helpful with our bags. So was the lady that checked us in upon arrival. The only bad encounter I had was with one of the housekeepers. I’ve never had any hotel staff speak so rude to me. She was mad because we weren’t out of the room yet when she came to clean. I tried to tell her she could go in and start since my boyfriend was just brushing his teeth before we left but she rolled her eyes and yelled at me."

The Kimberly Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Absolutely phenomenal!! Very attentive staff, beautiful property, super clean. Everything you could want in a hotel! From the moment we pulled up to the time we departed, we felt seen, remembered and cared for. That’s what excellent customer service should feel like! Well done Kimberly, well done! We will be back!"
