"We booked this for our stay during my son’s Dreams Park Tournament. The location was perfect with an easy, quick drive to and from the park and restaurants. The setup was perfect with a master that had its own bathroom for my wife and me and an attached separate bedroom for my other two kids. "This was an absolute gem of a property - it's even nicer than the photos. It's very open and airy, a lot of space for the 3 of us and our 2 dogs. The pups appreciated having the big open space to run and play outside - we brought a tether along and strapped it to a sturdy tree while they ran about. The view from out back at sunset is stellar, and the property is private while still being a short drive to some of the great spots to see in the area!"

"The property was perfect for what we needed. The home is very cute but has plenty of space for a number of people and the large pup we have. The fenced in area and gates on the deck were super for the dog. The home was well equipped so aside from our clothes and groceries, not much else needed to be brought. "We stayed at this location for 5 days while my son played in a baseball tournament at Dreams Park. It had everything and more we could ask for. Kitchen was incredible as we took advantage of the grill and kitchen amenities. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Great dining room and common area to hang out as a family. "Stayed here while our daughter finished her job at Glimmerglass Opera Festival. Good location for getting around Cooperstown and surrounding area. About 20-30 minute drive to our destinations. The rental space worked well for us. Very clean and well equipped. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. kitchen had all the equipment we needed. Internet and AC worked very well. "

"Dan was a wonderful host. We had an issue with one of the A/C units and he came out within the hour to check on it and even brought a replacement unit in case he couldn't fix the one that was there. The house has 3 bathrooms and was perfect for 3 families to share; each bathroom has nearby bedrooms/space. The 3 twin bed room is great for older siblings as there is a "den" area in the room and gives them a separate space to hang out. We really enjoyed our time in Cooperstown! "
