"This hotel was in an excellent location. The staff was efficient and attentive. Our only complaint was the food in the onsite restaurant, the BelAir Social. The food was edible, but nothing special for the price. The service was subpar at best. We were sitting at the bar and had to request service every time we needed something and the workers were standing two feet away on an evening when it wasn’t particularly busy. If you want great food just walk across the street to Yellowbelly. "

" Niyah the Manager is going to contact you for a full refund on my room. I request a maintance person to get TV working 3 times in 2 days. Water was coming down like heavy rain in the room they wanted me use the microwave. The called me to room phone morning of 3rd day to replace smoke detector, it was finally then that the maintance person got TV working.Manager said she would be contacting Expedia."

"Great place to stay right next to Gateway Arch National Park. Walkable to other downtown points of interest as well. The happy hour drinks and dinner was a great bonus. Would stay again."

"The room was about the only good thing about this hotel. The parking was a nightmare. Ridiculously expensive. The food wasnt that good and it was very over priced. They are short staffed very badly in the restaurant so wait times were so long. The condition of the hotel was pretty trashy. It just looked dirty in the main entry way and in the hallways. Food trash left everywhere. There is only 1 ice machine and 1 microwave for the entire 18 floor hotel. And there are no vending machines at all or anywhere to get drinks or snacks they tell you to just doordash something. I paid $700 to stay there for 4 days and it was so not worth it at all. This place was an over priced dump. "

"When you reach to pick something up it was sticky paper that had already been there for the coffee with the stirs and the sugars what's sticky the tray in the bathroom was covered with something unidentifiable there was a large crack in the bathtub."
