"Friendly staff. This is right next to everything. Close to the aquarium and the wheel. There is also breakfast and dinner provided. "

"Neat property in a good location. We easily walked to the Stifel Theater for a concert. Nice rooms. We opted to upgrade to a corner suite and it was worth it. Nice indoor pool and 2 gyms. The only negatives the trip were no washcloths in the bathroom and we called for ice (you have to get through room service) but it never came so we ended up getting from the bar in the lobby. Got a resort pass to yse the rooftop pool of another hotel since 21c pool is indoor and it was really nice outside. Othewise was wonderful!"
