"The room wasn’t so clean the pillows made my face break out , it was small holes in the wall the room didn’t look nothing like the picture, the breakfast was horrible"

"The breakfast is one of my biggest complaints. It was cold every day. Nothing, absolutely nothing was hot. By the time we got to our mornings on Friday and Saturday we chose to go outside the hotel for breakfast dining. The only other thing and I really don't have a solution but somehow when booking through other sites I was not aware I was staying on the same floor as the dogs and would have preferred to have a room somewhere else. That may have been an oversight on my part. The hot tub being outside and available to the kids with parents as well was a drawback and we did not use that. "
