"This well appointed suite was the perfect home station for our week in Boston. Staff was knowledgeable about public transportation and nearby services. A lovely walk along the Charles River runs right behind the hotel."

"Nice hotel with a great location. Rooms were very spacious with many amenities to offer. Will definitely be back again."

"Our stay was exactly what we needed while vacationing in Boston. Our host was gracious enough to even let us check in early. We had a ton of space and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!"

"Me gusto mucho la habitación, muy limpio y tranquilo"

"When I arrived the code to my room didn’t work. It took 45 minutes for me to gain access to my room. Other guests I met in two other rooms had the same problem. The room is clean and small as pictured. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are thin and hard. There is nowhere to sit other than on the bed or the windowsill of the bay window. The shades of the bay windows were not functional, so they could not be pulled down. When I left a message requesting extra towels and a...

"Great room: new and spacious. The kitchenette has everything i needed and more."

"I had a great stay at The Chester Hotel. Super cute vibe, easy check-in, and good location for where I needed to be for work. Bed is super comfy, the room aesthetic is great and the restaurant MIDA next door was really good!"

"The location is good. But the room cleaner is not good enough. They are not claiming the room for 3 days."

"El lugar se encuentra en una zona bonita y tranquila; sin embargo, no cuenta con elevador, por lo que es necesario subir y bajar el equipaje por las escaleras. Por otro lado, la habitación es bastante pequeña y se escucha mucho ruido proveniente de las habitaciones contiguas, lo que puede llegar a afectar el descanso. Al llegar, tuvimos un inconveniente para acceder a la habitación, ya que el código de entrada no estaba funcionando. Aunque contáctatenos al anfitrión y la comunicación fue...

"Nice to have an apartment with a couch/kitchenette! Decently clean and easy to checkin. A few things we noted: - The door is really thin and lets light through the cracks - The "random door code" we were assigned upon checking in to access our room was 1111, which didn't make us feel very safe/secure"

"Absolutely spotless, gorgeous place with everything we needed and more. We felt very safe and completely comfortable throughout our stay. The beds were especially comfortable and the temperature was perfect, making it easy to relax and feel at home.Perfectly located for access to the T—about a 20-minute walk to the Red Line, and for the days we didn’t feel like walking, the town bus directly across the street made getting there effortless. Because of the convenient transit access, we didn’t need...

"The second bedroom had no window and you had to climb across the bed to get in as there was no room either side. The bathroom is very small. It is an old building that has been renovated but noise easily travels between floors. Great location and a very well fitted out kitchen area, they made the most of the space available."

"Our stay was wonderful. The house was exactly what was pictured. Very clean and brand new. Felt very comfortable. Nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable as well. Linens and towels were provided as well as shampoo and body wash and hair dryer. Bedrooms are large as well. Great for large groups too. Our host was very nice and easy to contact. She also replied right away. You always hear about the owner not responding right away, but Jenny always did. I highly recommend!"
