The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything I need. It's a few minutes walk into the town centre but is also right on the beach front a few minutes walk from the pier. Most of the bathrooms have showers with HUGE shower heads which are great. It's obviously in the process of a refurb so, yes, parts of it do look a bit run down - that doesn't impact the comfort of the rooms so don't be put off by that. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to be helpful. I stay in Eastbourne a lot for work. I always book The Marine Parade when it's available. It's very good value for the price. I highly recommend it.

We had a short one night stay. The correspondence on before and upo. arrival was fantastic. The gentleman took us to our room and carried our luggage. The room had a stunning view and had just been updated. There was a mini fridge and kettle. The bathroom wasn't updated though amd unfortunately the floor was leaving thick black marks on our feet. Though it looked clean. I mentioned this to these owner and they apologised and dealt with it in a professional manner. We would definitely go again as a local to us and great stop off instead of a taxi home.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel is situated a few yards away from the seafront. Close to convenience shops, pub and launderette, less than 10 minutes to the town centre.

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and all the amenities were in excellent condition. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, and the overall cleanliness was outstanding. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

After a poor start we were given a nice room overlooking the sea only downside ther is a pub directly at the back of the property bit noisy at times the outside at the moment is shabby looking .we didnt have room service as it was five pounds per day the pricepoint was ok for what you got.needs alot of updating carpets really shabby need replacing management helpful except we requested clean towels there where two in the room we finally got them on thursday we also paid fifty pounds as a bond against damages we havent received that back all in all not a very good stay very basic and sometimes the water was hot sometimes not wouldnt stay again
