Not every staff member was friendly, but the bar lady in the smoking area had great energy. I wish I had gotten her name—she truly made the experience better. "While the surrounding area didn’t look great, we didn’t have a single problem and there was security in the parking lot. The hotel itself was very pretty and, most important in my book, very clean. Our room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly."
