"Older hotel. No air conditioning. The room was way too hot at summer time and should not be rented for full price. Nice location with a view to the castle and very friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent too."

Hotel old building on busy road being renovated and was not finished. Rooms small and hot. Reception was 1k away. No staff on site except breakfast cook who could not speak English. Breakfast on first day was preprepared. Nowhere to leave bags after checkout. Towels thin and old. No bedside lamps, no kettle, no onsite cafe. However staff at reception were helpful and made numerous trips to hotel to solve problems, and Finnish cook on site did his best as well.staff went above and beyond their roles to try to make stay pleasant despite problems. Definitely not what was advertised on Hotels.com. And not worth the money. "

"I was in a studio room, that is not located in the main building. When I showed I wish for cleaning the sign was always blown away by the wind and staff did not see it. They should care about it a little bit more."

"Mostly good – great location & friendly staff. The ventilation was very bad though – the aircon didn’t stop the room being very stuffy and smelly. If the window was openable (even by 10 or 20cm) that would make it a lot nicer, and probably wouldn’t let anyone fall out. It would also be much nicer if there was a kettle in the room, to save having to go downstairs to get a cup of coffee"
