We tried contacting the hotel, but they were not picking up. when we called the police, the hotel became involved, and they were very responsive after the fact, but not initially. Add another point my room was left on locked all day because of housekeeping nothing was stolen. "The room was very efficient and had what I needed. It would have been very difficult for more than one traveler to function in the space, though, as there was only one chair and minuscule bathroom space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room lighting was unusually dim."
