I travel to Hardin frequently and always stay at Homestead Inn. Its clean, beds are comfortable, and complimentary breakfast is always good.

The best experience of staying at Cattlemen is its location. While coming from east you can see Bighorn national forest and then while going to Yellowstone from Lovell will give landscapes which are very soulful. The room-rates are very reasonable. The city of Lovell has only one restaurant but food is very good so hope you will not complain about this.

clean quiet hotel

Booked this hotel based on favorable reviews. I was not disappointed. Rooms are dated but they're really clean, the beds are comfortable and the towels are thick and fluffy. The owners (husband and wife) are very accommodating and genuinely helpful. Recommended a good place for us to dine. They are constantly updating and improving this motel one step at a time. If you're looking for great accommodations at a reasonable price...this is the place.

Staff was very friendly. Cool lodging. Towels were very fluffy. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and very economical. Would stay here again. Laurie

We forgot my CPAP in the room and Kathy from Yellow River Inn called us to let us know. Kathy was super and took it to the post office to send it to us. This is truly top notch customer service and she called us back with the tracking number. I would definitely stay here again - you likely would not get this type of service in a chain.

All great

Colstrip is a long ways from the next motel. the Colstrip Inn was like coming across an oasis.

Ladies at front desk was very nice, personable and gave me a room that had walker access

Extremely clean rooms, recently decorated, The staff were friendly & helpful. I wish every rural motel experience I have had was this good.

Nice and clean place

Booking was quick and easy, and the hotel was in a great location close to everything I needed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room and common areas were clean and well kept. I had a comfortable, hassle-free stay and would happily recommend this hotel.

Good value for a stopover while traveling. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, decent breakfast.

I believe it is literally an old school. But the staff was great, the price was great, and it was really quiet. I would stay here again. Please note the bathrooms are in the hallway: not in each room.

Nothing really unique about this location

I have stayed at many different rooms in Sheridan, Burgess Junction, and Lovell. Budget Inn is my favorite now! The only small negative to me is on the back side the rooms are close to a working railroad track. Is owned by a family that works hard providing a pleasant stay, and improving the property. The wide parking spaces, the unique coffee cups and coffee, the oversized rooms, the cube plugins, the internet, the inner yard area, plumbing is older but works well, and the breakfast is great...
