"We were there during a terrible thunderstorm and tornado warnings. I was amazed at how orderly the staff was able to coral everyone getting them to the basement through the stairwells. It sucked! But it had to be done and your staff got it done with a smile."

"Our room smelled of stale smoke. Everything in the hotel was old and dirty. Floors in the hallways were not vacuumed for the 3 days we were there the same garbage was on the floor the entire time. There was no hair dryer in the room. The tv didn’t come in 2 of the 3 days we were there. The refrigerator froze the soda we brought and it exploded. Breakfast choices are the same everyday and very minimal. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and it was inexpensive."

"I have stayed at this hotel off and on for thirty years and it shows its age. Not sure how it meets the Mariott standard. Fees are not transparent. Breakfast is 2 star and over valued. Worn out property looking to squeeze every nickel out of guests. If you must stay there for heavens sake don't use the prepaid option. You'll get scammed with bogus incidental charges. Pay on site. Demand a settled receipt."

"Our room was not cleaned. There were dirty underwear and poop in the toilet. we went to the front desk and told relayed the information. They did not come and clean our room or change our room. They just said it was being investigated."
