"Our stay was as was expected. The breakfast was good with a fairly large choice of food items. I would like to have the option of being able to have the room fan running continuously for air circulation but there’s a new temperature control system that doesn’t have that option. I found the front desk staff to be friendly and courteous. Trey was especially helpful and accommodating. One item that was annoying was that the bathroom had kind of a sewer smell in it. We found that if we closed the drain in the bathtub, the smell went away. Probably the trap needs to be cleaned out. I informed the manager of the issue, on the morning that we were leaving, and she said that she’d have someone address the problem. I’m assuming that it’ll get done. The hotel is showing some age but the hotel is clean and well looked after. We’ll be booking this hotel again."

"I loved everything about this stay...except the trains. The hotel did a great job of warning in advance, but somehow I underestimated. Just a note - take the warnings serious. It's not 1 train, it's multiple trains all night long so if you think you waited it out and don't need to use the supplied ear plugs and sound machine...think again. We'll be back despite. It's that great!"

"We only stayed the night and had to leave to catch a flight at 3am. The night desk person was wonderful and made us a fresh pot of coffee so we could get to the airport- caffeinated. The hotel was clean and comfortable."
