"Clean, nice staff, and there was a nature trail behind the location and only one block away from the bridge that crosses over the Shenandoah River. Very close to the Harpers Ferry Park and only about 10 miles from Charles Town. I would stay again."

"Building is a little out of date and needs some updating. Room could use a deep clean and our room smelled moist. The was an amazing restaurant on site (but I think the restaurant manager said that they were moving soon). The food was exceptional."

"Somehow I didn't reserve an accessible room. So we were on the second floor. Please note there is no elevator. My husband, who has issues, wasn't happy with the second floor. They moved us to the first floor for the second night with a walk-in shower. They went above and beyond for us. For that we are appreciative. The area was quiet as was inside even though they were full. The breakfast is okay. It said continental, so we knew what it would be. Cereal, bakery, bread and bagels, coffee and juice. The place is clean, impressively so. Parking was right outside."
