"The property was immaculate. The room was as well. And nicely appointed. Cleanliness was a 5 star. Very important. Lastly , the restaurant and bar staff were outstanding and the food and drinks were as well. "

"The property is absolutley stunning. We had a lake view and it was totally worth it! The staff were wonderful, and the amenities were a great perk to the property. The morning brunch is good (but a little expensive). Be sure to make reservations for Brunch and Dinner, since their dining rooms can get booked up! I cannot recommend this place more (close to Magog and Sherbrooke), it's quiet and relaxing, and fabulous views!"

"The only negative I can say is that they have a weird policy where they hold $200 on your credit card. They say that its because they put alcohol in the room and if you use anything or take anything, they keep your money. I was a little offended by this policy. "

"Very beautiful and classy decor. Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff, great breakfast egg yogourt fruit etc and closest to all the outlets. A nice peaceful getaway weekend closest to east side mario and St hubert resto ."

"The air conditioning was not really working as expected. Wish the hotel can provide better quality pillows . With the noisy air-con and the uncomfortable pillows, it’s really hard to sleep. Other than that, everything else is good . "
