It’s programmed to keep you from taking time from a human until you insist on talking to a real person. The mini refrigerator is stocked with drinks and such that take up all the refrigerator space. If you move anything from the refrigerator, you will be charged. Disappointed that the Fairmont is using that system."

"Property was clean modern and staff was very friendly. Check in was easy and location was great. Near lots of coffee, shops and restaurants. Great access to Pike Place market and the ballfields. One con for us, beds are tight against the wall with only one side access. Made for getting in and out from the inside little more difficult. Otherwise, it’s definitely a stay again for us."
