"The management at this hotel is incredibly rude, hostile, and unprofessional. While outside with visitors who had a small mini Goldendoodle, a man with no uniform, name tag, or identification approached us and, without even saying hello, immediately demanded: “What room are you in? Are you staying here? Which room?” I wrote it down because the interaction was so shockingly rude. I asked, “Who are you?” and only then did he say he worked there. "I was very disappointed with my stay at The Shore House. The room service was poor, and the housekeeping staff was unprofessional. When I asked for the bed sheets to be changed, the maids rolled their eyes, spoke to each other in Spanish, and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them instead of helping a guest.
