Just off the kitchen, the dining room provides dining for 6 -10 including 2 seats at the countertop bar with additional seating on the back porch where you will enjoy wonderful views of Lake Oconee. There is also a half bath and full size washer and dryer conveniently located on the mail level of the cottage.

Upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms and a loft entertainment area. One Bedroom has a queen bed that has its very own bath. 2 additional rooms have 2 twin size beds that have a shared bath with a double vanity sink and tub shower. The loft on this level servers as a game room, an additional flat screen tv and a day bed that can be used for over flow sleeping.

This home also has wifi, cable, propane grill for outdoor cooking. This cottage is walking distance to the Great Waters club house where it houses it very own restaurant.
