The bright living room, with a television and a sofa bed for two, opens onto a balcony offering a beautiful view of the ski area.

The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher.

There is an alcove with two bunk beds (90x190 cm) with storage drawers and wardrobes.

The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, mirror, and separate WC.

There may be some noise during peak winter season.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (due to construction work on the covered parking). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a designated access road.

Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
Optional services at preferential rates: bed linen and towel rental, end-of-stay cleaning.
Security deposit: €260 (credit card imprint).

End-of-stay cleaning is not included and remains the responsibility of the tenant. If the tenant does not wish to clean, they can opt for the cleaning service (excluding washing dishes, taking out the trash, and making up the bedding).
