"Clean room"

"Staff was attentive, great location near restaurants, entertainment, museums and sports facilities. Only one thing, if you have more than two people in a room, as we did with two kids, we had to call for extra towers and wash clothes. It was only two instead of four. Everything else was great . "

"The room had a balcony, but the side barrier was torn down so everyone's balconies were connected and it looked very dirty and gross. The room was nice and clean though. The restaurant bar had very good food. I would recommend valet parking vs self parking. It was extremely difficult to cut through traffic to get to the parking garage. "

"The hotel was great! Our room was on the 61st floor so you have to pay attention to the elevators because certain elevators take you to certain floors. This was sort of confusing but minor compared to our wonderful stay. The room was clean, bathroom was clean, and we had a wonderful view. We chose not to do valet parking, but were still able to find a parking lot a block down the road and my car was safe there for the weekend. Valet even let us pool up and load our belongings when it was time to leave at check out. The breakfast was included with our stay and was AMAZING. They had a very large breakfast buffet with a variety of different options. The Starbucks was also nice and in the lobby. I will definitely be back the next time I stay in downtown Atlanta !!! "

"The staff were all friendly and helpful. Check in and out are by kiosk, but there is staff available for help if needed. The hotel is cashless, as are most places in the area. The room was nice, spacious, and surprisingly quiet. Snack choices were limited and a bit pricey, so you may want to pack snacks and water. The location was great for walking to State Farm Arena and Mercedes Benz Stadium. If going to State Farm Arena, ask staff about the 2nd floor door out to the bridge, to save a little bit of time and avoid walking uphill. You will have to turn at Mercedes Benz Stadium and re-enter the hotel at ground level though. We will definitely return to this hotel for any future arena and stadium events, as the price of stay and parking were some of the best we found for our trip. "

"The parking was scary-looking and confusing. Also having to pay $40 for parking after already paying for the room is too much."

"Room was fairly clean, but could be cleaner - especially bathrooms. Ice machine was broken on 7th floor, but friendly staff offered to go fill my ice bucket and return it to my room (and she did so with a smile). Elevators excruciatingly slow given the number of guests/floors served. Three bedroom suite was plenty spacious and had comfortable beds with working TVs in each room. I just wish the bathrooms were a bit cleaner and the water pressure in the shower quite a bit stronger. The overall esthetic was an attempt at elegance/luxury, but didn’t quite pull it off. Room decor and accoutrements could stand an update/upgrade to make the property seem more like true southern elegance. Overall, a nice property and extremely convenient stay for attending events at the Fox Theater across the street. "
