Some rooms don't have windows that you can open and in general there are no black-out drapes so you can't sleep from sunrise on without professional eye-pads. It was a huge problem for us so we will not be staying again.

"Check in was fine, we were early, but left bags there. Rooms great. We chose this hotel because it has an elevator and a/c. This was during the heat dome of July.
