"The hotel is right near USJ theme park which my daughter was keen to go to. It was excellent value and provided a condo-style spacious room ideal for families with all the amenities. The check-in system was a breeze and almost everything is automated. The restaurant and Hot Spring are in the next building along (literally 30 seconds out the door) and they were both excellent. The Onsen in particular was outstanding and amazing to use - all in English and automated again. It was my first time using an Onsen and I will always remember it. The staff are watchful and appear only when needed, with nice small touches and gifts. This place was truly excellent and will be top of my list to stay again in Osaka in the future. "
