Staff was mixed, special shout out to the girl from South Africa but a few seemed annoyed by questions later on. Breakfast is worth the price! Free laundry included is a great bonus too"

"Room ok - only stayed two nights. There was a chip in the bottom of the sink which gave the impression it hadn't been cleaned properly until you realised it was chipped and the plug wasn't working properly. Light at one side of the bed not working - plug on the other side not working. Bed & pillows were very comfortable. States black out curtains but light filtered through the top. Buffet style breakfast which was average - could do with 2 coffee machines to help reduce queuing time. Staff very polite. Location good - very near the station and underground. "
