"Didn’t use the gym, disappointed that a “Spa” hotel had no pool"

"I was gluten and dairy free. The buffet was labelled up with allergies on it. Had to ask for gf bread and df milk as was not available out. The spa was fully booked , so didn't have one. Pool was usy most of the time not matter what time you went. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it and stung the eyes. Restaurant and spa staff were very good. Front desk was hit and miss. The room was decent , the only problem was there was two alcoves that were slanted, one above the bed which I kept hitting my head on. I'm 5ft 1 and the other was over the desk where the TV was and tea / coffee facilities which my husband kept hitting he's 5ft 8. Also trays from room services were left in the corridor for hours. Don't know if they were short staffed."

"Parking in the multi story discount off 25pc. Rooms basic but fine. Quiet location. Restaurant large and bright. "

"Reception staff always kind and helpful at check in and upgrading to a balcony room was a great way to get fresh air which I sometimes miss in a hotel room. "

"Excellent location few mins to Stratford on foot. Hotel is in need of some updating but staff very friendly , especially Kerria on reception. Hotel also very clean & tidy. Have stayed three times recently when visiting the RSC theatre"

"Cold room, no heating and given a small oil heater in the room, old dated interior and generally outdated.. Wouldn’t stay here again"
