"As a hotel mainly used for pre/post flights rest, I found the ability to use to facilities unreasonable. We were unable to used the lounge, swimming pool etc., cause of strict operating hours."

"They were soooo accommodating and and attentive. The booking staff went above and beyond making my birthday extra special. I got a birthday cupcake and, personalised card and decorations upon entering my room. We were also given drinks vouchers on arrival. There was only one rude porter when we were checking out. But overall it was a great experience. I'll stay here again if I'm ever in Munich again."
