"Great little gem if you travel with dogs (as we always do). Dog beach where pooches can run free and staff very dogfriendly. We stayed in the new building and it was perfect, clean and with a nice view of the bay."

The front desk attendant presented us with a tablet where we had to enter ALL of our info AGAIN—address, name, email, credit card info , passport info, telephone , and much more. Everything we already supplied when we made the online booking. This took an unnecessary extra 10 minutes of our time when they could have just extracted this info from our reservation details. "Great location so close to the ferry. They were happy to look after our luggage before checkin and after checkout. We were in a room overlooking the water which was good. Very comfortable beds, good lighting an excellent hairdryer

"Everything is new, and it's mostly wonderful. That said, whomever planned the lighting switches and electrical needs some practical education. WHY is the shower light in with the toilet and nowhere near the shower itself? There are just some NUTTY lighting switch and electrical configurations. Once you figure them out, it's OK, but seriously. And the super nice in-bathroom steam bath is great -- but NEVER accidentally run it with the door ajar. The entire hotel fire alarm system went off when the room by ours set of the alarms with their steam bath. Not fun. But loved the place overall."
