"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. "We had a very good stay at the apartment. It is very well equipped, very clean and well presented.It has a balcony and a good view of the Lake.Although a busyish road outside, the road is quiet at night time, which is what we wanted.The parking at 10Euro per day is safe and secure with an automatic entrance key.It is only about 5 minutes walk into the centre of Thonon, so well placed.We would certainly stay again and enjoyed our stay."
