"Check-in went smoothly and receptionist was very competent. However we wanted to use the SPA and it was not possible as all the time slots were taken. Additionally, the restaurant was closed. We booked this Hotel as we wanted to use the SPA and enjoy a romantic evening. It was not mentioned on any page during the booking process that Hotel Guest needed to book a slot for the SPA and we were not informed that the restaurant was closed. "This hotel was within walking distance of the train station. The hotel also provided a free local transport card. The hotel was in a quiet location and we had a great view of Lake Geneva from our room. There were plenty of good restaurants near by. The staff were always friendly and very helpful with any queries we had. Great breakfast buffet too. "
