"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. "Beautifully renovated apartment. Everything was clean & fresh and the position in the centre of Thonon couldn’t have been more perfect. Spent many a happy hour sitting on balcony enjoying the music or watching what was happening in the square. Dominique was lovely and so helpful, plus spoke English. "The apartment itself is lovely. Very homely and comfortable. We are a family of 5 with 2 older teens and the accommodation provided good space for all. The owner communicated really well so we knew what would happen on our arrival. They had turned on the heating and this was lovely when arriving on a cold day and after a long drive ! Literally everything you could want or need for a positive stay. Lots of crockery and cookware - a washing machine and plenty of bedding. ! Can’t fault in any way...

"We happy with the flat, it slept all 7 of us very comfortably and we were 7 adults. The rooms are very spacious and plenty of storage spaces so no need to live out of the suitcases. "Very good property for a nice price in high season. Appartement has everything you need. Including washing machine and dryer. Ideal for a sportive vacation. Nice location with beautiful views. Ok you need a car to travel to the pistes but we knew that from last year stay in the village. But car can be parked at the apartment balcony. Modern new building but with old character. Very fast response from owner. One point for improvement was the cleanness of one bed blanket. But we could solve that...
