"Room was not thoroughly cleaned. Found trash on the floor and left over drinks in the fridge. The fridge was not even working properly - it was warm. Ice dispenser wasn’t working. Overall the room felt really dirty. The only positive thing was the bed being made."

"Overall, I had a great stay and would gladly return. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and comfortable. The bartender was exceptionally friendly and provided quick service. The only areas for improvement would be the liquor selection, which was somewhat limited, and the food, which was disappointing compared to the rest of the experience."

"Entering this building was an instant and immediate regret the smell was awful it was a mixture of human feces and deodorant spray, awful. The next morning my mother awoke stating she was itching all night and had numerous bits on her arm, I was down by the water when I noticed these we had been sitting in the heat for over four hours I was so upset I asked her if we could cancel the remainder of our stay and return home an additional five hour drive due to it being mid day and my mother being a disabled senior we had no option but to stay. when I called to report the issue I was "given the opportunity to move rooms" Given the circumstances I was sure that these entire dungy place would be entirely infested. I wish I would have done my research properly before booking because on the day of our arrival someone had previously made the same report on line. They refused to provide me with a reimbursement because they had offered me the option of moving rooms and I was denied due to having to move my mothers wheel chair and all of her belongings. This was a huge disappointment and has definitely changed my experience about traveling."
