The check in staff was great. The lady with the Green Bay Packers ID badge lanyard was Wonderful to us Wisconsinites! The room was beautiful, clean, & spacious. Bed super comfortable and bathroom spacious and sparkling clean.

Courteous staff, clean updated rooms. We just slept there so I wish the beds were more comfortable but the air works too good, my husband loved that! Panda was open late so that was nice also, and the halls were quiet-just wish the beds was more comfy.

Overall my stay was great. Room was very clean. Friendly staff. Plan to come back with the kids. The only I would say needs improvement are the beds. They are pretty hard to sleep on.

Took our family there for spring break and we all are leaving feeling rested. The kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. The food options were great! My favorite was the thrifty ice cream stand. The staff was super attentive and nice. We are already looking at the calendar when to come back!

Excelente customer service. The place is perfect for families or couples. Has a lot of entertainment for kids like movie theater and arcade, pool. Casino machines are good and payback is way better than Las Vegas The playa is a plus. Open for water sport

Staff was friendly/there was so much to do. Smoke in casino permeated the other areas, making even breakfast unpleasant. Building is older and wear is evident, but things are clean. Pool was amazing!! Clean, fun, well cared for.
