Fenster hat geklemmt und ging in der Nacht nicht zu. Im Vorgarten wird sich bis spät in der Nacht aufgehalten und durch das kaputte Fenster, war es ziemlich laut. Male concierge hotelier was incredibly ignorant without any knowledge of use of service animals. Could not contact hotels.com provided ample evidence with emails of proof of payment plus also info from hotels.com site. Hotelier would not take any of this information insisting room had never been paid for...
