"The pillows were completely flat and uncomfortable, and I tossed and turned all night. There were kids crying, screaming, and running up and down the hallway at 1 AM, which made it impossible to rest. The front desk clerk was rude at check-in. Around 11 PM, the TV service stopped working with a message saying to contact the provider to restore service. The bathroom itself was okay, but there was some nasty-looking residue on the wall outside the tub, which was pretty gross. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay and I won’t be returning."

"The host pretty much ignored any message I sent.The pull out couch that my son was suppose to sleep on had mouse droppings all over. The mattress was stained and very dirty. The floors were sticky and dirty. Other than that it wasn’t too bad. It was larger than I thought it would be. So overall, I would say it could have been cleaner. They need to fix the screen door, it is heavy and slams shut. And there was a piece of border wood on floor that was broke and every one kept tripping over it. Hard to explain but hopefully it will get fixed. I personally will not stay there again. "
