Lakeside living at its best!
Located right across the road from Lake Curalo and the board walk leading to our locals favourite Aslings beach! Wake up each morning and take a short stroll to the beach to take in the breathtaking sunrises.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home provides the whole family with space, comfort and all your modern conveniences. The large open planned living area and kitchen flows out onto the large covered front balcony that then wraps around the side of the house. Perfect for those summer evenings enjoying the sea breeze.
The main bedroom is home to a queen sized bed, ceiling fan, air-conditioning and ensuite. The second bedroom is also home to a queen sized bed and ceiling fan and the third bedroom consists of a single bunk for the kiddies.
There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you will need for those longer stays to feel more at home. There is free unlimited WIFI, smart TV.
Don¿t forget to bring your furry friends along and make use of the fully fenced back yard, your furry friends will also enjoy the short walk to the leash free areas surrounding this property.

Lovely location

Great location, opposite lagoon, walk along the boardwalk to the ocean. True to advertising. Really enjoyed our time. Only things to be aware of that the veranda doesn't have a banister and there isn't any front fencing. The backyard is fully fenced and secure, however the front and rear doors do not open directly into yard, only an issue if you have a pet. A couple of issues with cleaning, the oven and the BBQ weren't clean. The vacuum cleaner was held together with duct tape which fell apart. The dishwasher stopped working, no major hardship.However really these are minor details. In summary, great location, good value, definitely would stay again

Lovely location

Property was great as we were there during hot days and the main bedroom has air conditioning as well as the living area. Great layout and we loved being able to walk to both the lake and the beach

Great spot, comfortable home with everything we needed.

Eden is a brilliant location, we could stay with our teenager and dog and enjoy the lake, beach, town and golf all close by.

Lovely Lakeside

Great location with lovely views & an excellent place from which to explore the town & surrounding region. House was very comfortable & had everything we needed. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the house almost as much as the sight-seeing.

Very Comfortable, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in the well equipped home. Very relaxing sitting on the deck with views of the lake. Good location as we were able to walk the dogs on the boardwalk around Lake Curalo to the beach. Only downside was backyard was not secure enough for our fur babies as we would have liked. This restricted our siteseeing as we had to take dogs each time we went out.

Neighbours were red exes party house. It was a very dodgy neighbourhood House was fine but location sucked.

Good

Overall we enjoyed our stay. A few of minor things that needs attention. No instructions was sent about accessing the property I had to ring up (3:10) to request these instructions Couldn’t lock laundry door with the key. The lock was damaged due to the salt air. Had to spray with a silicone lubricant to un-seize it. Couldn’t unlock the en-suite sliding window The rear garden tap was very difficult to open

Great location, fabulous place, great house, lazy manager

Wonderful stay in a great spot right on Curalo Lake boardwalk. The house was lovely, comfortable and clean and as advertised. However the key box was broken from arrival, which we reported immediately but was not fixed at all. As a result we couldn’t leave the keys in the box whenever we left the house and so they were lost. We had to drive to pick up a spare key but were given the wrong key. We then had to make a second trip to pick up the right key. We have now been charged $10 for the key. Insufficient toilet paper was supplied for our stay and extra rolls were denied us. We had to buy our own extra rolls. These small irritations spoilt what was otherwise a wonderful holiday. We left the house spotless as we always do and have always been highly rated guests.

Great location, relaxing stay

The property was modern and in a great location. Checkin was easy, no contact and communications with host was very good. Smart TV, good internet connection, and water views. House is well equipped for guests. Relatively quiet location. Easy walk through wetlands, or along the memorial boardwalk to the beach, from just outside the front door. We very much enjoyed our time in Eden.

Experience in Eden

The area of Eden is certainly a little paradise. The surrounding beaches were amazing and it's worth exploring Green Cape Lighthouse and Ben Boyd National Park. The accommodation itself was quaint and clean overlooking the Curalo Lake. One thing that it lacked was no blankets and it could of done with some basic food in pantry and fridge. Overall a satisfying experience.

Nice place, great location next to the lake

Very comfortable beds! Backyard not secure enough for 2 dogs. Great building manager who promptly organised for a leaking/gushing shower head to be replaced same day.
