"This is a recently updated, very clean hotel with very friendly staff. It's a little basic, or at least our room worth just 1 queen bed was basic. It had a small fridge but no microwave, but there's a microwave for common use in the lobby. We had just 2 towels, but did get clean ones on the 2nd day. "What a great place to stay long term. Staff is very accommodating to any need you may have. Hot breakfast is very hot (along with the coffee, too) plus a variety of options. Had one of their suites which had a nice living room space with two TVs. In addition a great feature is that a suite has two bathrooms. Used the fitness room which has an adequate amount of exercise machines and is very clean. For extended stay they also offer an in house laundry so you can clean your clothes! Great...
"Excellent value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Kitchen is well stocked and very convenient (Stove, Fridge, dishwasher, etc). Eden Prairie is an excellent location to stay - close to everything.

"Was clean and well lit. Shower curtain rod was broken so bathroom got very wet. Water didn’t get very hot either. Would stay again. Hopefully with a functional shower curtain next time :)"

Hotel is very clean , breakfast is as good as what you expect for the pay.
Room didn’t have any bad smell or any bugs so that is also great. Location is fantastic, everything you might want is close by.

"We were in town for the Yacht Club Festival and the Hyatt was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable; the windows were huge with a view out over the river but had excellent curtains to block out the light of the city.
We were in and out several times to visit parks and attractions around the city and it was quick and easy to text valet and retrieve our car. It was a quick, safe walk to the festival grounds. I would definitely book here again. "

"My room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean when I arrived. Staff were very friendly as well. Parking is a little bit of a hassle, but I don't think that's the hotel's fault. If you don't have a car, there are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would stay here again "
