Quite pleased with our stay here. Room was clean and well appointed with a really eclectic and luxurious look. Beds were a bit stiff for us and we had to ask for more pillows which they happily provided. Breakfast was wonderful. Didn’t get to try the other two restaurants/bars. Would def stay again. It’s near westbanhoff which made it very convenient

Terrific small hotel 10 a ten-minute walk from Westbahnhoff. The staff is English-fluent and so friendly; the rooms are deliciously comfy; the breakfast is terrific; and the shady courtyard with cushy seating and a fountain is a lovely beguiling place to spend a lazy afternoon, have morning coffee or an afternoon drink.

We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and Airbnb’s. This hotel was one of the best I’ve stayed with in Europe. The location is tops, only a 2 minute walk to Stephensplatz, shopping and restaurants. The room is huge, with large bathroom and large walk-in closet as well. Small kitchenette is perfect. Such a delightful stay. Quiet huge cozy room. Great facilities like shower with overhead shower head and big toilet area and chic furniture. Extremely comfortable bed. Awesome helpful staff especially Leonid from night shift, good sense of humor. Perfect location. I appreciate help with finding parking garage.

I wasn't going to give this hotel 5 stars but some of this hotel staff saved our holidays. Basically we booked and asked for baby cot in the room and was not send to our room even though that we have asked the receptionist on duty to send one but again this was not send. I've called the reception in the evening and a receptionist (very friendly gentleman) provided us with a one mattress bed that we put on the floor and a baby cot. We tried many times to set up the baby cot but not us or the...

When we arrived in Vienna, many streets were closed for a parade and the taxi could not get closer than 1 km from the hotel. I am mobility impaired and the hotel sent someone with a wheelchair to take me to the hotel and then he returned to take my companion with 2 suitcases to the hotel. Service in excess! The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the staff was the best! Next time in Vienna I will definitely return.
