"We had the loudest family across the hallway from us. They would let their kids run the hallway at 1 AM screaming knocking on peoples doors and we complained and the staff did nothing about it the second night the same thing happened. They would stand outside our bedroom door having loud conversations, the kids screaming I will not be staying here again"

"Highly recommend! I was very impressed by this property. Our room was HUGE. The bar was open for beer/wine, which was an unexpected perk. The staff was 💯 But most important was how comfortable they made us feel with two large dogs. The staff was welcoming and the property is pet friendly with pet waste stations around the hotel. There is also a few nice apartment complexes with sidewalks, so it is easy to work in a longer walk before a day a travel. 10 of 10!"

"The made me pay extra for a different room then the one I booked because their cleaning staff didn’t get to it at time. Mind you I checked in at like 10:45 at night. You had all day. Then the sink was literally coming off the wall it felt unsafe to use. The toilet was uneven. The shower, the tub spout almost came off. And the bed was horrible I felt every spring. Then when I left I realized I maybe forgot something. Call them, do you think they answered? Nope. 3 of the phone numbers listed for them didn’t even work"

"Extremely pet friendly. That is the best thing about this place. The location is so prime with so many restaurants within walking distance. It was extremely clean. The only thing is the walls were kinda thin so you can hear everything in the halls and the frosted glass in the bathroom facing toward the room was a strange touch but not bad lol. I would for sure stay here again "
