"Our particular room was so noisy, the doors slammed, the walls are paper thin. We had a view of a parking lot and had to pay $60 to park. All this for $400. Not worth the money at all. "Everything about our stay was perfect. From the receptionist asking if we prefer a room on a lower floor or a room on a higher floor (most places don't give you an option) and housekeeping doing a fantastic job, to having a great breakfast the next morning. Will stay here again when I'm in Newport Beach."

"My 2nd or 3rd stay and still enjoying it. We'll be back. Note; street parking is very manageable and not any where near as difficult as other areas in Newport. Older property, not lux but very charming. Great location. Have had stays from 3 days to 12 days...very close to other great beaches (Corona del Mar, Newport). Kitchen has full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, electric kettle. No stove. Beautiful neighborhood for walking. All you need for single or couple."

"Love the location the unit was clean. Parking is very tight. Only usable for smaller cars excellent air conditioning and ceiling fans. Could have been better communication before check-in yet excellent communication after check-in. The king size beds were fabulous and having three full bathrooms was very helpful and the updated renovations were beautiful and very functional.Enjoyed our stay!"

"Very convenient location. Short walking distance to dining and entertainment. Excellent views of the beach and ocean. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Had some issues lighting the outdoor grill. People in downstairs unit were nice to let us use theirs. Older property that could use some minor maintenance. Good value. Would stay again."
